What if my TV arrives damaged or does not work properly?
If your TV arrives damaged, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will promptly ship you a replacement TV at no charge. If your TV arrives and does not function properly after set-up, a certified manufacturers technician will come to your home to perform warranty service. If for any reason they are unable to fix the issue in your home they will take the set to their service center to complete repairs. Under these circumstances, the service professional is responsible for the removal and replacement of the set. We do not accept returns or exchanges on TV deliveries. If for any reason your TV fails to perform as-new during the warranty period and cannot be repaired by the factory service technician, a replacement TV may be issued by Second Act or the manufacturer directly. What if I receive a defective non-TV product? Please contact us at service@secondact.com to send us the defective non-TV unit, and we will send a replacement product upon inspection and receipt of the defective unit. All defective returns must be preauthorized by Second Act. We will refund return shipping charges you incurred when the unit is shipped via lowest cost ground freight from UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. Unless specifically authorized in advance by e-mail, merchandise must be complete and repacked in the original packing material. What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped? If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be preauthorized by Second Act. Please contact us in advance at service@secondact.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete. For "truck freight" shipped orders, we will not accept a return once your merchandise has been delivered. What if I buy a product and the price changes later? We do not price-protect. Electronics is a commodity market and prices change day to day. Since we are 'opportunity buyers' we have inventory coming into our warehouse every day and the prices change all the time. When we get a better price, we pass the savings along. When we have to pay more, we must pass that along as well. |
