I recommend this company to anyone who wants to save loads on their TV. I purchased a 71" DLP Samsung 1080P HDTV (HLS7178W) and it could not be more perfect. The packing was very good and shipped in a samsung box. I received all the original equipment with the exception of the manuals which were photo copies. Everything was basically brand new, the TV even still had the stickers on it. Most shocking of all, I ordered my TV on 12/29/2006 and I received it on 1/3/2007 , delivered from Minnesota to Houston, TX(only 5 days including a weekend and major holiday!!!). I paid standard shipping and got the 5 year warranty because it was a great deal (especially when comparing to the warranty price of a circuit city or best buy. In the end, I got my TV really fast, in great condition, and for $3400 dollars including shipping and 5 year warranty (which would run me about $5500 at best buy). I recommend this seller to anyone. Buy with confidence.

Second act had the product at the best price on the web. They charged a fair shipping rate for what turned out to be fast delivery (2 days for a large tv), and didn't attempt to upsell at all. (Many low prices are only so because the store tries to sell you overpriced parts and things before they will ship your product. This did not happen with second act, they simply shipped the product right away.) The TV is in perfect shape and came with no damage at all to the box, it looks like it was babied all the way across the country. I would recomend second act to anyone, and will shop them again. Thank you again for a great experience.

I originally contacted your representative, Mark, a few months ago regarding a 70" TV. He was most knowledgeable and polite. When I finally researched the TV I wanted I called him again...and actually got him. I figured that was a good start. Mark gave me all the details of shipping and informed me a friend of his who had just installed the same TV and that it was wonderful. I placed my order and got an immediate confirmation of the following day shipping and received it within 5 days in Florida. When the TV arrived there was a question I needed answered so I called Mark again...and got him. Again he was courteous, informative and took care of the problem. My 70" Hitachi has the best picture for any set I've ever seen over a 50' projection. It's great being your customer and after all the reports I read on your competition I feel lucky to have found you.

I wanted to drop a quick note to say that my experience with your company, SecondAct, was one of the easiest and quickest I have ever experienced. I was directed to your website through a search engine and was quickly impressed (but a little leery) on the low prices offered for the new and refurbished TV's. I have purchased a number of refurbished TV's in the past from other sites but none of this size nor expense. After a little thought, I decided to give it a shot (I bought the 5 year warranty just to be safe). I placed my order on a Sunday and had the TV in house by Thursday that week and without extra shipping. That is fast! I was also impressed with the Customer Service that I received. When I placed my order, I forgot to add the warranty to my order so I emailed them and within 24 hours I had a reply that they went ahead and added it to my order. Again, very fast response. I have setup the TV and all I can say is WOW.&nb sp; What a great product. I have added your website to my favortes and intend to visit you in the future as well as recommend to my friends and family. Again, thanks for the great service and product.

This was my first major purchase (over $2000) on the internet. It could not have gone better. 5 Stars across the board for selection, information, shipping and satisfaction. If you are on the fence; let me help you over by recommending Second Act for your electronic needs. I went to the retail stores and heard all the hoopla about internet purchases but could not resist the price. I purchased the Samsung 56 DLP HDTV HL-R5678W (NEW) for half the price in the retail stores, and that is with an extended 5 year warranty, and shipping. I am a major couch potato and could not be happier with my Samsung TV and the clarity that HD gives me. I am receiving 1080p via my cable connection and would not hesitate a minute recommending Samsung HD TVs to anyone or Second Act for their impeccable service and prices.

I did quite a bit of research on different DLP televisions and companies dealing in refurbished electronics on the internet and I could not find a bad review of Second Act. I know why- They have a great selection, great prices, and great service. I ordered and received my DLP in brand-new beautiful condition shipped right into my living room within 10 days. I have never purchased anything large over the internet before. I spent several months researching the web for the best price and for what I hoped was a reputable company. Second Act usually had the best price, but I was leery of the fact that the product was refurbished. E sent Second Act several E-mails, even on Sunday, and always received a reply within several hours. Because of their responses I went ahead and purchased a Samsung 62? television. My wife and I were very nervous that we weren?t being taken. The set was shipped the day I ordered it, on a Friday, and was received the next Wednesday. We were extremely relieved. The television was in prefect condition and we watched our first movie on it with all our expectations met and exceeded. I will continue to do business with Second Act knowing that they will deliver what they promise. Thank you Second Act.

SecondAct Has The LOWEST Prices and the BEST Customer Service

I normally do NOT write reviews, but secondact.biz deserves a GREAT review. I just purchased a BRAND NEW Samsung 26" television (Model# TX-P2675WH) from this company and received the television with the LOWEST price I could find anywhere and with BEST customer service (Thanks Roger!). They say in their website that they will always answer their email within 12 hours, however they always answered my emails within one hour. At first I was cautious about ordering from online retailers (read the reviews on idealav.com, pricesrite.com, dealznet, they are all the same company - look at the contact info), but I couldn't find my television else besides these websites. Finding that secondact.biz was NOT the same company as the other websites that received bad reviews, and also because secondact.biz has good reviews, I decided to purchase from this company. It was a good thing that I did because SecondAct not only gave me a great price, but proved to me that they are a trustworthy online retailer. Although my television is factory brand-new, the reason why secondact.biz was able to give me a great price was because they needed to rebox the television. This means that when Samsung was delivering the television to their wholesaler, the box only (not the television) was torn and could not be sold in the retail stores. I know this for a fact not only because Second Act told me, but because I spoke directly with their wholesaler. Even so, besides the box, my television came factory sealed with its plastic covering plus all the accessories that comes with a new television, and they are ALL BRAND NEW. I'm glad I purchased it from Second Act because I would NOT have found this great deal at Best Buy or Circuit City.

This was the most incredible customer service experience I've ever had. My e-mails were answered within minutes, there ws no presure to buy, and they answered every question completely without being condesending. When I finally chose my TV, I felt like I chose it using support from Second Act, but NEVER with a suggest of which one to buy. I AM SO IMPRESSED! And I don't impress easily.

The situation was unique; I had a party planned on a Saturday night, only purchased the amp that would be used for the music on Thursday. The guys at Second Act did phenomenal work to ensure that I get the amp delivered by Saturday and to my door step, this all after changing the delivery address half way through the process. What I appreciated the most was that the friendly staff at Second Act that kept me up to date with what was happening and what they were doing to help me out.
